JENNIFER WALCH
President
Jennifer Walch was born in the Midwest and moved shortly thereafter. Having lived all over the United States, from Texas to New Mexico and places in between, she now call California her home. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from University of California, Davis in Cell Biology and her Master's in Public Health and Epidemiology from the University of Kentucky. She relocated to Fresno County to join the Department of Public Health's mission to improve the health and safety of all its residents. She co-founded ToadSacks to celebrate the legacy of her mother, Linda. She believes that every child deserves the love, and support of the community regardless of their circumstances.
CARRIE LAUER
Vice President & Secretary
Carrie Lauer was born and raised in Santa Maria, California and has recently relocated back to the Central Coast to raise her family. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from University of California, Davis in Food Science and Technology. She spent 7.5 years working with Nestlé and building a career centered around her passion for food. In 2017, Carrie became a foster mother in Kern County, and in 2019, she adopted her two children, Azayla and CJ. She co-founded ToadSacks after first handedly seeing children carry belongings in trash bags and wanting to improve how children experience life in the foster care system. Carrie takes great pride in customizing each ToadSack so each recipient feels special.

LISA CROSSLEY
Chief Financial Officer & Social Media Director
Lisa Crossley was born and raised in Fresno, California. After graduating from Fresno State with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 2010, she moved to San Diego for 6.5 years where she worked as an accountant. Lisa's love for the Central Valley brought her back home and she now works for Fresno County's Department of Behavioral Health where she in increasing awareness in Suicide Prevention and Mental Health, as well as implementing new programs under the Mental Health Services Act. Lisa is also very active in her community where she volunteers for the Ronald McDonald House Charities, National Alliance on Mental Illness and is helping build our very own non profit, Toad Sacks Charities Inc.
